To receive a refund for an activity, you must follow our 24-hour cancellation policy ✅

1. Refunds are only given if you cancel at least 24 hours before kick-off, regardless of whether someone fills your spot.
2. Keep the attendance list accurate. This is required by our insurance policy and ensures fair, balanced activities.
3. If you can’t make it, remove yourself from the list to free the spot for someone else.

Refunds are issued as credits to your Futpal wallet, which you can use to join future games.

If you missed the 24-hour deadline, you can message the Game Host to request a refund. It’s entirely up to the host to decide.

Futpal cannot issue refunds outside the host’s policy.
