Futpal wallet credits are designed to be used only for booking activities on the platform.

• Legally, we cannot convert your credits into a cash withdrawal to your bank account.

However, if you topped up your wallet and need a refund:

• We can process a refund through Stripe to your original payment method (Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal).
• Transaction fees from the payment provider are non-refundable.
• If you paid through Stebby, then you will need to raise the issue with your employer.

💡 Tip: Wallet credits from game refunds cannot be withdrawn—they can only be used for future games.

• The payment gateway fee (charged by Stripe or PayPal) is non-refundable.
